Read this chart -- indicators of anxiety?

Would someone like to read this chart? This man has major problems with anxiety, life-long, and I wonder if there is anything in the chart that could help explain it. Any other thoughts are also welcome.

I'd think both Saturn and Mars in 12 would make anyone nervous.

Saturn in ASC gives either great responsibility either fears, pressure to the person. Sun and north node in pisces: North node might give a lot of illusions to he's self esteem, smokes, owerblown. Maybe he espects a lot from himself, but can't do in real life and that creates anxiety? Also Venus in pisces exzalted (very loving person) but the NN hurts it's significance

This resonates a lot. Why would his NN hurt the significance of his Venus in Pisces? He has a LOT of Piscean energy, and comes across that way when you get to know him (dreamy, kind of soft). But when you first meet him, he seems kind of hard.
