I don't know any well-known writers or musicians with one or both of these placements off the top of my head, but you can conduct specific searches for these placements through the Astrotheme database, which contains tens of thousands of celebrity natal charts.
You may need to become a member to do one of these advanced searches, but membership is free...
EDIT: Actually, I don't think you even need to become a member to locate these charts; I can't find the specific search feature that I was referring to, but you can search manually by clicking on the different categories in Celebrity Index.
It took me a few minutes, but I found the Advanced Search--and you don't even need to register to use it!

BTW my grandfather is a 12th house Sagittarius sun as well and he's great on the guitar. He is also into local politics. Many BIG politicians have the sun in this house, check it out: http://www.astrologyindepth.com/The_12th_house#12th_house_personalities
It gives a lot of inhibitive self-control, and that works great for PR. It kinda feels counterintuitive to us 12th guys because this house often feels like some sort of black hole but we really have the ability to shoot for the stars!

:3 my sun is in 12th and i love anything to do with the arts. i love working behind the scenes and i've considered careers such as directing, drawing, etc. especially drawing because it's bascially what i'm most comfortable with.
