I was wondering what it was before that was causing her to not want kids before but now wants them? Has she resolved the objections she had previously about being able to look after a kid or her priorities have changed?
At the moment neptune is transiting over her moon which would indicate that what she needs in her life is being dissolved and reappraised so she has to make sure that she really does want a kid and it is no just false ideas that are causing her to want them and grounded in reality.
