Do his issues have anything to do with the courts? In otherwords, being sued?
Jupiter in the 9th trine the Moon rising and in the 1st house.
Moon is also square Neptune in the 10th, both Neptune & Jupiter are retrograde so may be awhile yet whatever is going down with him.
Jupiter in the 9th is the ruler of the 7th, (your husband) and the 9th contains Saturn in Aquarius (strong here),and trine the Sun & Mars so it appears to me, he is actively attempting to come out the winner yet Jupiter is also not only retrograde but square the 12th house Node.
He may escape unfortunate huge losses, but not the outcome he wishes it to be either.
(btw - don't take this totally to heart, as I'm still attempting to read horary and testing my skills)

Thanks for the reply! Very interesting observations- they echo how I think things might turn out- not all out winning but more of a slow release. These retro grades are a killer for us this year. It’s really interesting to see how things like these are reflected in Horary charts!
