Arrow New Years eve/day Full Moons and New Moons

In 1980, 1990/91, 1999, 2001/02, 2012/13 and 2018 - there were full moons on the nights of Dec 30-Jan 2, in the signs Cancer and Leo. On the exact day every 19 years or every 10 years 364 days. These happen to have no full moons in Feb. or close on Jan 31/Feb 1 or Feb 28-29/Mar 1.

In 1976, 1986/87, 1995, 1997/98, 2005/06, 2008/09 and 2014 - there were new moons on Dec 30-Jan 2, in the signs Capricorn and Aquarius. Based on the same cycle of moon phases. On those years, February has no new moons or on Jan 31 extending to Feb 1 or Feb 28-29 extending to Mar 1.

I supposed the year I was born 1980 and the month I was born in February, are significant for my astrological profile, the moon and the signs Cancer and Leo is a highly pivotal factor in my charts and in my life. What do you all think? And anyone else born in those kind of years (or earlier? in the past 100 years/20th century?) to notice New Years full or new moons on their birth years?
