8th House Pluto in Scorpio & 12th House Saturn in Aquarius

The following is my chart, and I would be grateful for some insights:

Lilith 1st house in Aries
Parts of Fortune 1st (but very close to 2nd)
Sun 5th House in Cancer
Moon 2nd House in Taurus
Venus 3rd & 4th House in Gemini
Mercury 5th House in Cancer
6th House in Leo
Mars 7th House in Virgo
Jupiter 7th House in Libra
Pluto 8th House in Scorpio
Asc Node 9th & 10th House in Sagittarius
Uranus 11th House in Capricorn
Neptune 11th House in Capricorn
Saturn 12th House in Aquarius

As I have Pluto in the 8th house in Scorpio and Saturn 12th House in Aquarius, both which are considered the most difficult places; does this indicate utmost wounding in past lives?

With regards to planet aspects, I am most interested in how pluto interacts. I have the following placements:
