Try reading your own chart, what do you see. You are 1st house and its lord, the quesited 7th house and its lord. Is there an aspect? Is there prohibition, any aspects from Moon to quesited's planet?

Moon being cadent, thus afflicted, along with Venus in a mediocre state (cadent, retrograde, yet exalted)... these do seem to say something about the matter...BUT... see, Moon does make a trine to Mars, and Mars is disposed by Venus.
