Both maleficent planets can cause it with anxiety or dehydration, but particularly Saturn with infection, and Mars with circulation, this happens when they happen to be time-lords over the Ascendant by primary direction, or over the Ascendant at the solar and lunar returns, or by transits to the Ascendant, and particularly if they happen to predominate the Ascendant at the nativity by conjunction, aspect, and by rulership (house, triangle, elevation or term) according to this scheme:

Beneficent planets, like Jupiter, Venus or Moon should provide relief to it when they take over and replace the maleficent rulers.
