Issue at Work & Need Help Please from Anyone Mtg tomorrow!

I found out today that I messed something up at work - I hope it won't be a big deal but in this economy it's hard not to be worried.

I had been issuing some education certificates with improper wording, and I heard from a different department that it has caused some problems with regulatory boards.

I hope this won't turn out to be a big deal but I wanted to ask for input since I'm interested in astrology, but not very good at it.

Well, it looks like the Void of Course moon was right again - no major consequences, to my immense relief.

So in case anyone is/was reading this , feel free to do a chart post-mortem.
