Mil food poisoning

Hi all,

Over many years it's come to my attention (as others have addressed the issue to me too) that many of us feel sick after we eat my mother in law's food. Of course, the simple solution is to not eat it. But sometimes it's easy to forget, and this happened to me this week. I ate her food which was brought home. I thought it was cooked by someone else. the day after eating my head was spinning for two days. my husband then told me his mum made it. My daughter and mum had same symptoms.

The thing id like to know - can you find out from horary what was put in the food? Or is that too complex? I do believe it is deliberate which is a hard pill for ppl to swallow but based on the mental illness with this person I would like to know if I can. Thanks in advance. Here's a horary chart just in case .
