I am planning to buy one house near to where i stay. I was thinking of buying it from long time but could not as it is coupled with certain amount of risk, still it has a small risk associated with it but wanted to buy it. I would be staying into it, not buying with investment perspective.
Can you please tell me is it good time to purchase the same? is there any risk mentioned in the stars?
