Since you ask - Astrologers are usually suspect of Saturn in the first house as this is often a sign that the querent has deliberately misled the astrologer, or has otherwise not provided all the pertinent information, for whatever reason. It may just be that the querent has thought some information that is pertinent is not important. Hence my question.
