So it seems there was no chronic disease or so involved. The degrees are a bit hard to read in that chart. I have noticed that people with Capricorn on the Asc. or fourth house have faced similar issues, unfortunately. It could have to do with Saturn in earth sign trying to do away with certain 'stable structures'. Covid by itself is an excellent example of that. Economies are being ripped apart as we have known them for decades. Last time something of this magnitude happened was probably WW II
Uranus in Tau is also on your natal 4th. Something from the family that changes you/ your life in a major way. Btw, there could be some sort of a move involved away from family home, if it hasn't already happened, then to come in the next 2 yrs
