similar chart = similar answer?

i know this sounds oversimplified, but i couldn't help but notice the similarity of my chart ("what will happen to us?) to tamara's. the questions are almost identical as well! does this mean the answers will be similar too?

your chart is not the same at all... different houses, and Moon has changed sign and house....Venus is past the conjunction and is soon to change signs...
There are some hidden things in your chart as both Venus and Mars are in 12th...
