This is occurring in the context of two interesting T-squares: Mercury-Uranus-Pluto and Saturn-Pluto-Uranus.
We can use the 'Planetary Aspects and Transits' software (http://www.planetary-aspects.com/pat/pat.htm) to find out exactly when these T-squares begin and end. After getting the aspects for June 16, 2011, using an orb of 7 degrees for squares and 9 degrees for oppositions, we can get a report which includes:
Mercury square Uranus begins June 15, 2011, and ends June 22, 2011 (8 days)
Mercury opposite Pluto begins June 15, 2011, and ends June 24, 2011 (10 days)
Saturn opposite Uranus begins May 2, 2011, and ends August 11, 2011 (102 days)
Saturn square Pluto begins March 27, 2011, and ends August 1, 2011 (128 days)
Uranus square Pluto begins March 19, 2011, and ends June 16, 2016 (5 years, 91 days)
The duration of a T-square can be found by getting the latest start date, and the earliest end date, for each of the three aspects involved.
So for the Saturn-Pluto-Uranus T-square we find that it begins on May 2, 2011, and ends on August 1, 2011, so it lasts 3 months, May through July.
The Mercury-Uranus-Pluto T-square begins on June 15, 2011, and ends on June 22, 2011, lasting one week, in fact, the next week (from now). This week will be crucial for the resolution of the problem, and it may not be resolved, quite possibly leading to a Greek default on its debt, leading to a debt crisis in Spain, Italy and Portugal, and very possibly the demise of the Euro (or perhaps its split into a 2-tier Euro).
Would anyone care to comment on the significance of the planets involved (Mercury, Saturn, Uranus and Pluto), especially Mercury in the 1-week transit whose beginning coincides with the start of the crisis?
