How do I calculate parallel aspects?

I've read Kannon's thread on parallel but, i'm not sure how to calculate it.

Is there a specific chart you use for that? And can anyone tell me whether I have such an aspect? I probably don't have one though, lol :lol:

After you've cast the chart, click 'view the additional tables' then look at the 'declination' column
