This is the horary for the question 'will we get married'

Any response is appreciated.

Querent significator: Venus + moon

Moon is in fall.

Quesited: mars + Sun
Mars in own sign, in first house. Not really interested in marriage.

But moon squares sun. Moon in fall, unable to act. Venus and Mars separating aspect, so no? Plus mars in the sign of Venus's detriment and moon's fall.

So, I would say no?

The first thing that jumps out in this chart is Uranus, only planet above the horizon and placed right in the marriage house. This is the last place you would want to have the planet of separation, divorce and sudden endings, don't you think?
This is backed up by all the aspects you delineated in your post.
Add the moon's south node in the 4th of endings, and I think we can safely say there will not be a marriage between the two. Sorry.
