I'm guessing something connects you. You are the Sun, he is Saturn as noted, but both planets are disposited by Mars. You are exalted about the idea (Sun in exaltation), but as noted, might change your mind soon (at the last minutes of the sign). I was in a similar situation with my planet exalted in the 9th house, there was much I wanted to do but felt I couldn't.
