What natal aspects/signs/placements could indicate a preference for foreigners?

I'm asking this because I noticed that I have a personal preference to date men who are from different cultural or ethnic backgrounds than mine.
Then I started to wonder if something in my Birth Chart could indicate this preference.

Most Vedic astrologers tell me that I will end up marrying a foreigner but then, my Vedic chart has Jupiter, Lord of 7H, in ninth House.

In my Western Chart, Jupiter is also the co-ruler of my 7th House through Pisces and Venus, the Lord of my 9th house, is in Sagittarius. My Uranus is placed in 5th House in the Equal and Whole Sign systems.
So what do you think guys ?

You've pretty much nailed it with Jupiter, Venus, and the 7th and 9th houses. Jupiter has sympathy with the 9th house as well.

I also heard that Neptune, as ruler of 7th House, could indicate a liking for Bi-racial/cultural people.

Neptune is the ruler of my 10th House and my father is from a different country with my mother
