Welcome and here's a few suggestions for 'tapping in' to your interests in astrology.
If you are interested in your own personal (natal) astrology - you should probably tune into the Natal Astrology Forum and read some of the types of questions and responses that people are sharing.
If your interest is in relationship astrology - synastry or composites, then you will want to look into the Relational Astrology Forum.
Personally, I find the Read My Chart forum section to be the most helpful to beginners - even if they aren't comfortable talking about their chart for lack of knowledge, they can learn quite a bit from the readings and discussions that are offered.
