I would say yes, venus and mars will make a trine within 11 degrees, maybe days, weeks, month, more likely weeks or month

Please give feedback

Hi, Volume,
It does not look favorable to me.
Venus does not meet Mars until they both change signs at 0 degree of Taur/Cap. So they are actually over 17 degrees apart before meeting.

But after they change sign and before Venus perfects the trine, swifter Merc moves in to square Mars. So you have to wonder, who is Merc?

To me, Merc’s square points to someone/something else interfering with your seeing with him.
Moon's next aspect, as an indicator of the question's unfolding, is an opposition. This also suggests an obstacle.

When Venus and Mars change signs, they have mutual reception. Venus exalting Mars and Mars in domicile to Venus. That could help.
