Friend's Chart

I was wondering if anyone can take a look at this chart and tell me what you think. I noticed most of her planets seem to be in only two signs- Aquarius and Sagittarius, so she has a lot of conjunctions and squares.

When it comes to relationships she seems to want one thing, but she acts another. Maybe with her Pisces Moon she's sensitive and romantic, but with all the Aquarius and Sag it keeps her from wanting to commit once the other person wants to.

So what do you guys think about her love life?

Does it mean anything specific to have so many planets concentrated in two houses?

Also, can anyone see anything that would show why she has a such a strong need for constant attention (mostly male)?

We'd appreciate answers to any of these questions.

I'll give this one last bump to see if anybody has anything to add.
