that when there is no reliable time of birth
then there is no birthchart that may be reliably delineated :smile:

This is the only chart that makes any sense to me and fits her life.

Sorry but a 12th house Sun is just not in the public limelight as much as she's been and aspires to be. And Scorpio secret business is still possible with a stellium in the sign, so it's not necessary to have Scorpio Rising and the 12th house to be secretive.

This 8 pm chart ( see: http://www.astro.com/astro-databank/Clinton,_Hillary ) gives her Gemini Rising and a 5th House Sun -house of children -she's a mom and has worked with children and mothers, it's Leo's natural house, complementing her Leo karma with Saturn and a connecting point to Bill, and it's much more radiant and projective of her personality and true to life and her record than the 12th.

Moon in the 10th = "matriarch"? Mother and leader?
Uranus on the ASC bringing change.

And she has done lots of service-oriented work and projects which is her Merc (Ascendant ruler) and Jupiter in the 6th.

consider the case of ex-President G W Bush - a 12th house sun :smile:
there are NO planets - either classical OR modern
- in either 9th OR 10th IRRESPECTIVE OF HOUSE SYSTEM
