in my birth chart neptun in paralell to uranus in exact orb
my mercury is in 120 to neptun with tight orb
does my mercury feel also a trine from uranus
beacause of this strong connection between neptun and uranus
by declination ?

I believe the answer is yes, but not necessarily because of the declination. The translation of light is in effect in my opinion between Moon, Uranus and Neptune, so the exact trine to Neptune creates a trine to both Uranus and Moon as well. You may get another answer from other astrologers, but I don't give the credit to declination.

When a stellium receives an aspect, all members of the stellium are aspected. This is especially true if one of the aspects is very close. Some astrologers might argue due to the twelve degrees separation between Neptune and Uranus, but I do not. I consider Moon, Uranus, Neptune a stellium.

and all of the three Moon Uranus Neptun are in the same house
makes them all connected to each other despite the wide orb
and also Moon in my chart is strong
and Moon and Uranus are close to IC what might
make the 4th house very strong and allow connection
between planets in that house even if the orbs are wide ?

I'm sorry for my miscalculation, but I have experience with planet clusters, and stellia can scatter rather wide without too much dilution. The fact that it is near and angle (IC) makes it dynamic and emphatic. You might disagree, and other astrologers might disagree. Disagreements happen all the time, but I still consider the group a stellium with translation of light.

What was your home life like? And high school?

I would say YES, it does feel the trine because of the declination and other factors as well.

A parallel in exact orb is much like a conjunction. And the Mercury would thus be feeling both.

Also, Neptune is at the midpoint of the Jupiter/Uranus semi-sextile. A planet placed at a midpoint like that will often take on the energy of the planets that it is sandwiched between.

Also, Jupiter and Uranus are in mutual Reception. So the Neptune being at the midpoint and trining Mercury, brings Mercury into that triad.

So I think your Mercury is essentially aspecting the entire 4th House stellium with that Trine it is making.

middpoint is exactly 27 sagittarius
and my Neptun is at 0 degree of capricorn

I don't think it is too far because the Moon is included, and that makes it a 2 degree orb.

I think it works because @ 0 Capricorn, it is the midpoint of the stellium, by a 2 degree orb.
