How about picking this chart?

1. Moon is 5 degree away from Sun and 12 degrees away from North Node.

2. Moon just completed aspect with Mars and will be going in aspect with Jupiter.

3. Mars comes in 1st. But that is one of the recommendations when another suitable chart does not show up.

Questions:

1. Effect of placing Moon in 10th house in home sale election.

Anyways, I went ahead with election above.

I got offer for this election and accepted it.

In USA house selling is long process. It will take a month to know, whether deal is closed or not.
