First try at horary! Guidance much appreciated!

Hello all!

I am very new to the site and am really interested in learning about horary astrology and more about astrology in general. So I asked about if I will get a work contract of a similar standard in 2013 to the one I have just finished. I noticed I have sun quincunx the MC? Does this mean a battle of inner and outer? as in Ego and true purpose? My reading of this chart was yes I would but It would be a battle to express myself as I wanted? (I work in Media?)

Am I totally wrong? Or on the right track?

Also I noticed Saturn is in the first house which I read suggested the querent was being misleading ? Not sure in what sense this applies to me? Anyone able to help?
