Can Vedic Astrology Predict peoples Looks

I have asked many times, but get ignored.

There are many threads started by people who ask questions like what is my future husband going to look like?

Can Vedic astrology predict this? over and above western astrology?

Is there any proof that any such predictions have proved true?

Why do people want to know what their future spouse is going to look like? As if they wouldnt know once they met them, dated and then decided to get married? is it to do with arranged marriages maybe? is that the missing link? Or not?

I know that experienced astrologers can indeed predict the appearance of one's future spouse. This is true in western, vedic and chinese astrologies.

Certain advanced techniques in the hands of adepts can, but the generally available methods, in the hands of average practitioners, I consider to very unreliable regarding accuracy of predicting the physical appearance of a future spouse (or spouses) Likely temperament, character (to a certain extent) of the future spouse, yes, much more reliable, but physical appearance (other than very general outlines), no.
