I'll try to make this simple ..... although of all the transpersonal planetary transits Pluto's can be the most complex and life changing.
Firstly, it is important to understand what the 7th house represents. It is always assumed it is the relationship house - and in a way it is - but it is also the house where we seek balance and equality in all our significant relationships. The extension of this is to look at how it is we learn to expect and experience relationship balance ........ and that is by having relationships with other people - and I'm not just talking about relationships of a romantic nature, but all the significant one-to-one relationships which you share with others. We enter into relationships because we wish to experience this sense of balance and harmony with others. We call it love and being loved, but those are just words we use.
When Pluto transits the 7th, you will be shown any obstacles there are to attaining balance and harmony in your relationships. Generally, the obstacles will be within you - within your expectations regarding relationships - and these obstacles will have been formed very early on in your life.
When Pluto draws close to your natal Moon, it is likely you will re-experience some of what you experienced as a very small child, but from an adult perspective. For instance, if you were left alone a lot, or put into child care while your mother went to work, you may have instances in the present day of someone leaving you, or perhaps not valuing you - as you see it. The purpose of experiences such as these is for you to get in touch with your unconscious belief system around your ability/deservability to being loved and giving love ....... for the purpose of updating your beliefs and expectations to something more truthful in the present day. This may or may not be easy. It all depends on what you have already experienced in your life, and how entrenched your early life emotional patterns are. The Moon represents the early experiences you had of being nurtured by your own mother, so you will have adult versions of what happened in your early life.
As the Moon is personal and unique to you, Pluto's conjunction of your Capricorn Moon may shake you up a bit, but the purpose of this is for you to develop a more adult approach to all your personal relationships, as opposed to always reacting to others in the same way you have since you were small. For instance you may do a lot of projecting on to others. If you feel rejected or overlooked by someone, keep in mind that this feeling is actually coming from within you, and it may not be the other person rejecting or dismissing you. This is a very common thing to have happen during a harsh transit of Pluto to your close personal planets. You will be interpreting the behaviour of others towards you in a way which reflects your own early life experiences.
The transits of Pluto to your Neptune and Uranus are what we call generational transits, in that at the time it happens for you, it is also happening to everyone around the same age as you.
Pluto's conjunction to natal Neptune will have you experiencing difficulty over what is real and what is not real. You may experience deception from others, or from the world in general. I consider it to be one of the maturing transits.
When Pluto conjuncts natal Uranus, you may feel rebellion at one extreme, or a powerful desire to make the world a better place.
You have a very, very interesting birth chart. For that reason alone I would suggest that you begin with a basic book - or online astrology course - and discover everything you can about it.
