Progressed Sun trine Jupiter - what effect does this have in a chart?

Hi,

I'm fairly new to astrology and I think my progressed sun is about to trine jupiter but I don't know for sure. Is it? And if it is, what can I expect from this aspect? My chart is below from 20 June 2016. Do you know how long I will have this aspect for and when it starts? How is progressed sun trine jupiter working with the other planets in my chart?

I'd be grateful for your insight. Many thanks in advance.
