Will I have to return back to India

I came to USA on 17 Feb 2013 through a company X. I worked for them till Oct 2018 as they fired me due to mistake I made. I found a job in Dec 2018 with another company Y. However in back of my mind I constantly fear that my old company is going to create some problems for me.Will I have to return back to India?
