When will i get my divorce

Date of marriage

1 Dec 2009 / Vaishali Ghaziabad

I am separated since Apr 2011. I am trying to get a divorce since last few years but not successful yet. Please help when will i get rid of this marriage.

Thank you for your reply. The problem i have faced is wife unwilling to amicably give divorce despite long separation and the courts just being courts. its taken my time and money and more importantly my piece of mind.

I am not ashamed to say she has suffered too. I surely wish this phase comes to an end this year. Thanks again
