Hi. My daughter born 9th July 2014 8:48pm Chennai has turned 2. Just speaking one or two words. Would like to know about her speech delay and when it would get fine.

I did not speak until I was nearly 4 years old. But when I did speak, I spoke in complete sentences. And I would not shut up.

I was a silent child, and my mother thought I was creepy. This makes me sad to know, but then I have moon conjunct ketu.

Thanku. Here doctors have asked us to give speech and other therapy. She has been undergoing. But a slight improvement n not much. Doctors says so many medical terms of possibilities like hearing problem autism n so. Hearing this I m really worrying to the max because this is our first girl baby.

I would like to know about her planetary positions. Is this speech delay temporary. Few say bcos of Saturn's Dasha n janma sani both together n Jupiter week placement moon debilitated. I m really confused and do not know what makes my kid this way. Is there any conjunct jus as you said making this delay. Is there any pariharam required. If she sees rhymes she imitates actions with fewer sounds. She moves e well with outsiders and kids. Just don't know what stops her from speaking. Also can u explain about balarishta Dosha

Lord of conversation is Saturn retrograde. Tendency of Saturn retrograde is either impatient or will be too patient. Or can be delaying in activities and at times bit fast. So, I feel your daughter will speak, may be bit late.
Communication lord is blessing its own house and is exalted. But Mars is afflicting Throat area and Saturn retrograde is afflicting lord of throat.
Navmamsha chart indicates possibility off some issue. Mercury is afflicted with axis of Ketu and Rahu + affliction from Debilitated Saturn from eighth house.
So, it will be better to consult with specialist doctor too.

Thanku. Actually she was speaking many words when she was 15 months like till September 2015. Gradually she reduced speaking and it almost reduced to nil. And now she has started with two words and repeats those continuously along with so many consonants which she hasn't been doing before. From the beginning of this July she is showing improvement in eye contact and activities. She is very stubborn about doing this on her own. She is developing the quality of independency and doesn't want to depend on others for things. Is this the quality of kid or her birth quality.

I agree that problem might be started after 06-09-2015 or around this date. Because Saturn/Jupiter started from 06-09-2015 (few days this side that side due to variation in actual time of birth - may be in secs.)
I just want to say that left side of eyes or inner area is also afflicted by Saturn and Mars. Right side of ear may be influenced with Mars and Saturn.
Regarding Jupiter - very close to total exaltation point but is malefic and afflicted by Saturn.
This Dasha cycle is till 20-03-2018
It will be better to follow doctors advice.

Along with Saturn's Dasha she is undergoing sade sati . Is it making her progress difficult and delayed

can any one clear me about what is the difference between rashi chart and navamsa chart. when to use rasi char and when to use navamsa chart. actually the houses and lords and how they give results are calculated from rasi chart or navamsa chart. i know that the first house is that of ascendent. but it should be seen from birth chart or navamsa chart. thanku

In my observation when Saturn sits in or aspects 3rd house it restricts your speaking...It's not really a house of speech but it's a house for communication...such people are silent by nature. Probably it will get better by time. Impact is magnified as child is also going through Saturn period.

She understands and does things very well in actions. On her own and as directed . But she doesn't want to speak. When I ask her to repeat what I say she simply says no no and nods her head with hand gesture of no and moves. Therapists when asking repeats simple words like hi bye baby mommy go yes etc. She conveys everything in action n not in speech

Rahu governs speech in this chart. It is with retrograde Saturn which is the planet of denial. The child needs prolonged therapy and treatment for recovering from this disability.

Yes ... this may not have anything to do with the silence.. but maybe it makes one a silent thinker. The placement which made me a silent child was Saturn Retrograde in Gemini in the 3rd house.

Is the Saturn retrograde at the time of birth I mean in birth chart causing this delay or is it yearly transitional retrograde causing this delay

The Navamsa is calculated from the Rasi. For Dashas and transits you use the Rasi, but usually you have to count the houses from the Moon and from your current Dasha lords and not just from Lagna or else your predictions will be wrong.
