I know it's not just my problem with this house position with or without planets here I know two people one cap rising one aquarius with this position it's the same kind of people and social life. i tend to be outgoing and social and make a lot of friends when I try but people coming into my life tend to be druggies and wild unpredictable in a self destructive way (not a cool way) so what is the good vibration of this position. I ask cause I have seriously been trying to meet good positive people. Also few relationships last long people come and go it's to the point I have problems opening up with my cancer moon cause I feel people will leave or whatever.

So tell me what type of places to go that I could use this energy for good. I was told by my counsolor who is also an astrologer to improve the vibration of this area of life whatever that means.

some good suggestions I will share it with my friends with this placement as well as they have the same issue and feel I'm one of the few or only good people they met also no one sticks around much in their life either

You didn't ask? Well, I remember when I went to a doctor who told me when I was 22 that I should put my butt in a bucket of water for 10 minutes every hour and soak. I walked out without asking how, during my day at work I was supposed to do this. Soaking in a toilet didn't sound fun, but that was 43 years ago.

You should ask your counselor what the devil s/he was talking about. More friends?

Stuff of the 11th house:

CIRCUMSTANCES IN YOUR LIFE, FRIENDS, MEMBERSHIPS, AMBITIONS, HOPES, WISHES, CARING ABOUT OTHERS, DEATHS IN FAMILY, RADICAL REFORMERS

Become a radical reformer!

There are also traditional significations of 11th House which is traditionally known as the 'house of Good Fortune'

'....11th house has rulership over friends and friendship, supporters, benefactors
and those that help us directly or behind the scenes.
It is the house of beneficial fate, positive hope, trust, praise, comfort, goals and ambitions.
Its condition indicates the fidelity or falseness of friends and it has rulership over promotion by recommendation of others.
Historically 11th is associated with the king's (or ruler's) favourites, councillors, servants, their associates or allies.
11th represents parliament and councils generally, and supporters of the government or ruling power.
It is a house of ambition, freedom, optimism and confidence,
denoting personal strength, motivation and increase.
A fortunate 11th house is a beneficial influence for any chart....'

A traditional view of your 11th house begins with assessing the natal condition of its ruler
in this case SATURN if using PLACIDUS HOUSES
interestingly
when using WHOLE SIGN HOUSE system
SAGITTARIUS is the SIGN on this natal 11th house

Interesting because SATURN is in the SIGN of SAGITTARIUS
SATURN is located at 19 degrees Sagittarius a degree position where Saturn has no ESSENTIAL DIGNITY
a planet lacking in Essential Dignity lacks the necessary resources with which to carry out its significations

SAGITTARIUS is the home territory of JUPITER
located natally at 21 degrees ARIES
JUPITER in this location is lacking in Essential Dignity

and so BOTH Jupiter and Saturn are PEREGRINE

A Planet is then said to be Peregrine,
when he is in the degrees of any Sign wherein he hath no essential dignity,
As Saturn in the tenth degree of Aries, that Sign being not his House, Exaltation, or of his Triplicity,
or he having in that degree neither Term or Face, he is then said to be Peregrine;
had he been in 27, 28, &c. of Aries, he could not be termed Peregrine,
because then he is in his own Term.

i tend to be outgoing and social
and make a lot of friends when I try

but people coming into my life tend to be druggies

and wild unpredictable in a self destructive way

(not a cool way)
A possible explanation for your experiences in this area
is that your 11th House WHOLE SIGN ruler JUPITER is Peregrine
and
your 11th House PLACIDUS ruler is SATURN
because CAPRICORN is the home territory of SATURN
and
your natal SATURN is located in 11th house
and your natal Saturn is also Peregrine

one of the significations of 11th house is friends

and so
Jupiter and Saturn then would tend to describe your friends

let's examine the meaning of PEREGRINE

'....Just as essential dignity signifies strength
and a capacity for beneficial action,
lack of it implies weakness or a harmful disposition.
A planet with no essential dignity is called Peregrine,
a Latin word meaning 'alien' or 'foreigner'
pereger = beyond the borders
ager = land, i.e., 'beyond one's own land'.
In old English, to 'peregrinate' means to wander far from home.

In symbolic terms, a peregrine planet describes a drifter
- someone with no title or stake in his or her environment....'

'...it's helpful to think in terms of property
Property owners tend to view drifters with suspicion,
and distrust their lack of stability.
Under normal circumstances a peregrine planet lacks the necessary strength to convey lasting benefit.
Its position of weakness can be alleviated, however, if it is strongly dignified accidentally
or if it forms a mutual reception with a stronger planet....'

One way of 'using this energy for good'
is to find some way of interacting with drifters and homeless people
that benefits both yourself and these wild unpredictable people
Consider for example gaining qualifications leading to some form of employment working with homeless people
perhaps find work rehabilitating these drifters and self-destructive people that you tend to meet

A counselling qualification with a specialism in homelessness issues is one idea
Speak to an employment advisor
it is never too late or too early to change direction in life

While obtaining the necessary qualifications
consider working in these specific areas as a part-time volunteer
because that may be a good entry
to paid work in those areas as well

Lol, we have 8 of the same signs. If any of this is Trauma related, the only counselor/therapist I'd use is an E.M.D.R. trauma removal expert. These are found nationwide. I went through 13 months of trauma removal and completed my Retrograded 8th house Gemini Chiron as a result (simplest terms for Gemini Chiron initiation: accept the physics law of attraction). Anyway, you can raise your vibrations with crystals, stones and gems. Well hidden and suppressed knowledge. I've got probably 1500 of them, 100's of different kinds and have helped improve the lives of many by suggesting crystals for them based on chart aspects.

Sample site: http://www.astrocrystals.com/crystalzodiac.shtml

All black stones you will LOVE, my friend has a very afflicted Aquarius Saturn retrograde in the 5th house with Lilith in Aquarius opposing Chiron in Leo 11th house. This brother was extremely hateful, Black Tourmaline, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz all have turned him into a LOVING individual, allowing him to freely accept positive vibrations. He hasn't even completed either Chiron path in house or sign but STILL made MAJOR changes with crystal/stone usage!

For you I also recommend Amethyst and Carnelian. For Amethyst, I found that, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz double terminated pendants for $5 for all 3. That's a steal if that deal is still available. Grab a sterling silver change and put all 3 on, and just that in itself will cause your vibrations to lift. PM me for more info. These people telling you to 'raise your vibrations' and giving ridiculous responses when you question them is what I went through, and a Scorpio Sun/Cancer Moon won't accept that madness. I know I didn't, and eventually found my path of healing. Plus you're a life path #1 like me, we're here to lead but heal ourselves first.

About your 4th house Chiron in Gemini retrograde....

That's not an eleventh house issue, that's a fifth house and/or seventh house issue. While the eleventh house is traditionally called the house of friends, that doesn't mean friends in the modern sense of the word, but in the archaic sense. The use of the word friend to mean someone you have personal affection and affinity for is less than two hundred years old. The older sense of friend, which was in use when the astrological houses were named, had a less personal meaning. A friend was someone you associated with but didn't necessarily have any personal relationship with. Today, we would use the word associates to convey that meaning.

For issues surrounding friends in the modern sense of the word, look to the fifth house. The seventh house also gets some play when partnerships are involved, either romantic partnerships or platonic friendships that function as partnerships.

The eleventh house is about where you're ultimately going in your life and who can help you get there. Typically, the eleventh house doesn't start to strongly manifest in your life until you're approaching middle age. At age 27, you might be seeing just a few glimpses of your eleventh house, but probably not any strong manifestation.

That does not, however, mean it's too soon to start working towards your eleventh house, and you may already have. I see the theme of healing and growth repeating itself over and over in your chart. Whether or not you currently work in healing arts, you have a natural affinity for them, and if you're not currently in a healing arts career, it's definitely something you should pursue.

Being a natural healer draws people who need healing to you. Plus, you have Aquarius, the rebel outsider, as your ascendant, so that's what people see when they first get to know you, and as further reinforcement, both of Aquarius's rulers are in your tenth house, so they also shape the picture people who don't know you have of you. No surprise that you draw in outsider types.

And then, you have a trine between your fifth house Cancer moon and Pluto in Scorpio in the eighth house. Your Pluto is especially strong by virtue of being in its native sign and house, and with a trine between it and your fifth house, particularly a fifth house luminary, you're apt to draw people into your life who reflect your shadow back at you. That explains the tendency to draw in people who are, as you put it, wild and unpredictable in a self destructive way. The same indicators in your chart that give you great potential to be a healer also give you great potential to be self destructive. If you are not self destructive, then you're manifesting that potential in a more positive way, but the potential for self destructiveness still exists as your shadow, which those people are reflecting back at you.

Your busy eighth house and Scorpio emphasis further indicate a need to work with your shadow side towards healing and resolution. When you keep drawing people who reflect your shadow into your life again and again and not reaching any resolution, you're not working with your shadow consciously. The cure for that is to do the shadow work consciously. Maybe through therapy of some kind (your chart indicates you'd be most drawn to alternative forms of therapy. Could be EMDR, like another poster suggested, or hypnotherapy--I've had wonderful results with that myself--or other forms of alternative healing), maybe through becoming a healer yourself, maybe both.
