How to use the 11th house of wishes

Hello everyone:

Can anybody tell me how to ask a question so that I can get an answer by looking at the 11th house for an answer? Do I formulate the question in the form of a wish wanting to be answered?

You can ask a question about something you hope or wish to do or will happen. This is something you should think about for a while before you take down the time. And be sure not to have looked at any current transit charts or aspectarian in the days before either. Your hope or wish will come true if there is a favorable aspect between the ruler of the first house and the ruler or the 11th house. Some also say that you should not reveal what your wish is to anyone.
