Disclaimer: I am not medically trained, whereby any information offered is derived from the rules applied to astrological symbolism as it pertains to the branch of astrology that deals with health issues. The personal focus is through the modern psychological related rather than traditional perspective. It implies that physical disorder and/or disease is not ‘automatically’ written into a chart but can be psychosomatic of nature as a result of mismanagement of planetary energy.

This is speculative of nature, yet may be of help in a manner other than medical.

The chart shown has no planet in the water element. Water gives indication of extent and depth of how the feeling nature can effect one's life.
Moon (associated with fertility) in the 8th house (reproduction) is in a Fire sign and receives only harsh aspects from other planets ( personal traits). Moon expresses REactive feeling.
In medical astrology, it has rulership over the water/fluidity functions and all sacs in the female body.
Your cousin has proven that she can conceive. Her difficulty is 'holding onto' the unborn foetus.

Virgo on the Ascendant (physical constitutution) is said to be 'brittle and dry' where the toning of feelings is concerned. The individual can consider itself as more of a containment vessel. With Pisces on the Descendant (partnership/marriage) sacrifical servitude ?

Mars in Ascendant, ruler 8th house, squares Mercury in 4th house.
Mercury-Mars are known for their argumentative/debative qualities.
The 4th and 8th houses are said to be of consequence within (cultural = Sagittarius) family/hereditary issues.

Aquarius is on the 6th house cusp (physical ailment) and is renowned for its emotional detachment in dealing with situations. Aquarius is ruled by Saturn (traditional) and Uranus (modern). Moon squares Uranus (freedom of/through independent thought.)

Saturn (retrograde) is in Aries. This can suggest a lack of taking willing action. It forms a trine aspect (considered beneficial) to Sun-Pluto, but a strenuous aspect to natal Venus in its own 'romantically inclined' sign, Libra.

Venus squares Neptune (disillusionment).

Was your cousin participant of an arranged or enforced marriage? Did duty and/or obligation prevail, rather than genuine feelings through love, which then cannot flow as they should? There is a mental blockage? Intimate relations are endured rather than welcomed?

There is an aspect that could suggest that your cousin has not found happiness in her youth. Entrapment? For some reason she feels incomplete; something is missing from life. Would being able and allowed to be (accepted for) herself have anything to do with it ?

At 22, your cousin is still very young.
With secondary progressed Moon making its way through Aquarius and now in the 6th house, 'detachment' could be something to contend with because, once again, any personal freedom is inhibited. A change of mental (Air sign) attitude and a genuine desire for the forthcoming child can be all that is necessary to keep hold of it.

In approx. 5 months, s.p. Moon will activate the natal T-square in a positive manner.
S.p. Sun is now in a position to soon make a positive aspect to the natal T-square.
Hopefully, both will see an indication of happy times ahead.

Wow you are so right, she married early and fast, the guy is not even her type I think she did it just to get married right away, they look very odd together, military makes people rush into marriages no matter what I think it’s because there’s benefits that come out of it, but he’s definitely not her type and people can’t believe she married him.
Since she just found it she’s pregnant now with the current transits in her chart are there any aspects that point to miscarrying again?
