Transit planets in detriment of natal dominant

I'm curious...

If planets transit a sign that is in detriment of your dominant planet in your natal chart, does that mean ppl see you in the worst light.

Eg: I'm Jupiter dominant. With Pluto transiting Capricorn, it is in detriment of Jupiter and it is also a generational planet. So wouldn't that indicate a phase where lots of Capricorn like individuals see me in the worst light? And same would occur with the signs Gemini and Virgo.
