Venus in Gemini Trine Saturn.. Loyalty?

My boyfriend has his Venus in gemini in 8th house, which I have read on the internet that it indicates inability to commit to one person at least mentally. However I see that his venus trines his saturn. I was wondering if this would make an impact in his loyalty as a part of a romantic relationship.

His moon is also in virgo and ascendant in scorpio. I have been extremely insecure in this relationship and I don't know if I should hold on to him. I am also a newbie in astrology and I do not know how to interpret them together. Would appreciate the help

Saturn trining those 3 Gemini planets can give him more stability and a greater chance that he might be committed to your relationship.

And he has Scorpio rising, which is also fixed and more stabilizing than that Gemini grouping.

However, he has a lot of mutable energy. [Gemini, Virgo] And that can indicate that he gets lost in thought, carried away mentally, and has a hard time making a lasting decision? :unsure:
