Progressed Moon conjucts natal Venus

What can i expect when progressed Moon will conjuct my natal Venus and trine my natal Moon at the same time.(my Venus Is in 12th house) .Moon is the ruler of 7th house in my natal chart. ..and transiting Saturn will also conjuct my natal Venus..is it secret relationship??? someone to answer..?
