Will I get a job in the next 3 months?

I have been desperately trying to get a job. However, nothing is working out. I made this chart asking if I will get a job in the next three months.
I am confused as to how to read this as me (Mercury) and the job (Mercury) are the same. But, I see Mercury is direct now and conjunction soon with Moon and Venus. Could anybody explain this ?

Mercury in Pisces is detriment ...does this mean that my efforts head to know where?

There is a TOL between moon/merc/saturn L6, so this could work for a yes. 7 weeks
