Does this chart show positive for pregnancy?

Though there are a lot of planets in the 5th house (desire for children and love affairs in general), I do not believe that it indicates pregnancy as the Moon sits in a cadent house, the 9th in Taurus and does not progress. It depends on the planets surrounding it and they passed several months ago. Perhaps you tried to conceive a few months ago. The abundance of earth signs makes you, the querent fertile so if pregnancy is your ultimate goal you may luck out, just not now. For starters Venus is retro opposing Jupiter which is also retro, so it may not be a good time to try to get pregnant. If you do fall pregnant, it may be fraught with difficulties.

Thank you. You're right, I wasn't pregnant. And you're right, there probably would be complications if I did fall pregnant, as I am on a couple of medications that are not safe to take during pregnancy. Thanks again.
