yes, the querent just asked the question randomly out of her mood! because the querent had a convo with his mother and during the convo she was confused by her mother-in-law saying something odd which relates to her partner.

the querent was told that, her husband's ex wife tried to reach his mother outside at a shopping place. the ex went to her as if she is about to greet and hug.

the mother in law told the querent that this ex woman saw her at the mall and came to her with her arms stretched out towards her to hug her but* the mother in law did not respond it her and ignored. The querent doubts the last line!

However, if there is a relationship between the querent's natal chart and the horary, it would indicate they were actually concentrated on the matter and the chart can be valid.
