will I be able to change job soon? pls help

I changed job and relocated to another country recently. I am being isolated and staying at home, have no friends cause all colleagues are staying with their families. The job is very difficult and I am feeling stressed, like I am not able to perform up to my standards. I am single, so was hoping this place will expose me to new contacts, but people are with their families.
I started applying to new jobs also internationally, but the company has the policy to retain people for at least a year.
Am I stuck here or will I change jobs soon, or maybe things will improve.
I see trine approaching between the lords, but L10 is in 8 house thou strong, but not good, and I am in the 6th so serving others, there is some reception, plus I am in Scorpio.
Which house would represent a new opportunity? The last aspect of the moon is trine with Saturn so not good. Will difficulties persist?
please help!
