Will my fiance's sister get laid off?

Background story:

My fiance's sister, Venezia, has been working for 5 years in a company that is not going very well so there will be a massive staff cutback, which means only 250 out of 650 workers will remain. She's at her wits' end, and her Cancer Moon hurts, but she tries very hard to calm down. She doesn't know I made this horary, btw.

I used the whole sign format for this horary:
Fiance (we're formally engaged) is represented by the Aries 7th house, so since we are talking about his oldest sister, I use the 9th house, which is the 3rd house from the 7th. 9th house is ruler by 8th Mercury in Taurus. To me this indicates she stands on firmer ground despite the imminent change. Her 10th house is in the 6th from the Asc (me, the querent), Pisces, ruled by Jupiter in Taurus also in the 8th. So Mercury and Jupiter are in conjunction. So does it mean yes to the question?

Thank you very, very much for your help, I do appreciate it.
