I notice that IF we take the Moon as querent's co-significator (and take Mars in the quesited's first house as supplanting Moon as quesited's significator), and give 1 week to every degree the Moon advances, in 5 weeks from the horary date, Moon is within a degree perfected square to quesited's house of communications lord Mercury: maybe this accounts for
the querent contacting the quesited (Moon near perfecting aspect to Mercury in the time frame of the date of the contact) and the cold nature of the contact (the aspect being a square)
However, this question was not about contact-it was specifically about IF the quesited would contact the querent, NOT about any type of contact between the two; we might be able to account for the contact from considerations in the chart, but we have not answered the specific question about whether or not HE would contact the querent: I delineated that he would contact her, which was incorrect to the specific horary question.
Now, if we in fact took the Moon as quesited's significator (lord of the 7th house) and used Saturn as querent's significator (lord of the 1st house), and forget about his communications house or Mars posited in the 7th sign, then we see that he (Moon) is seperating from semi-sextile aspect to her (Saturn), flowing away from Saturn, or, if you don't want to look at semi-sextile, then simply there is no aspect between querent and quesited, and quesited is flowing away from querent, and any or all of these indications would in fact mean a "no" (he won't contact her), whether in standard horary or even in my alternative horary approach. Perhaps my taking of Mercury as lord of his communications house was the mistake I made-maybe I should simply have looked at the dynamic relationship between querent significator Saturn and quesited's significator, the Moon-which was a direct "no" answer!!
