Asteroid Pan

Does anyone here have any knowledge regarding the asteroid Pan or how it plays on in your charts? I just discovered I have it in retrograde & exactly on top of my South Node & Lilith (all in 3rd house Taurus).

I found this post on Linda-Goodman that seems to say the main associations with Pan are earthiness, sensuality, and pleasure. Is anyone familiar with the mythology around it or what it does in their chart?

Does your Pan make any aspects with Saturn in your chart? I don't know much about Pan, but he has an affinity with Capricorn and Saturn, because of their similar appearance.

There's a very good description of Pan in this post...which I found as I was looking for info on Bacchus, LOL

And this thread here does mention Taurus, albeit in the 8th house.

Retrograde Pan in the 3rd...would you have problems with communicating as how you really are? Like..do you find yourself second-guessing yourself? That is only my conjecture though.

I have Pan sextile my moon....emotionally at ease, I guess?

I looked and Pan doesn't aspect my Saturn at all, but he is opposite my Chiron/Neptune midpoint, which probably means something.

Thanks for the links, I'm reading over 'em now. What sticks out to me about Pan seems to be that he symbolizes our natural instincts and sensuality.

I'm thinking Retrograde Pan in 3rd could maybe mean I have a hard time communicating my natural instincts/desires to other people.
