I have another question, Moon in domicile cancer but in 12H, a malefic house of self undoings, depression, secrets, imprisonment.*

What kind of power and influence does the moon have?

The question was who is he talking to?

The quesited is Aquarius- Saturn retrograde in Scorpio.*

Moon and Saturn are making a separating trine.*

Mars and mercury apply a conjunction but mars separates and mercury applies to moon

The Moon relates to one's individual past conditioning, especially as it is related to the mother.
