Mars and Uranus do not conjoin if the are 27 degrees apart in the sign of Pisces. Perhaps Mars or Uranus are in an adjacent sign to the other?

In any case, though, you have a water trine by sign if not degree, so very general. That is because with Mars being 8 degrees from Venus, I think it exceeds their orb a bit to qualify and a water trine by degree.
