Sun Chiron conjunction in very early leo, opposing saturn in aquarius, quincunxing venus mars conjunction in virgo. narcissism was his psychological coping mechanism for his probably extremely huge insecurity issues around his identity, maleness, ego, and ability to fit in with others. pluto is sitting on his natal neptune right now, i'll run the transits later to see what the trigger was. (edit: transiting mars square uranus!)
venus in virgo describes well his fixation on "tall blondes" - he wasnt obssessed with any and all women, but specifically tall blondes, who exemplified all that he is not. his idea of "perfection". venus mars conjunct, high sex drive, aggression towards the objects of his desire. all of that in virgo, nitpicky, critical, controlling. venus mars ruled by mercury in leo, which is sesquiquadrate uranus and neptune... now there is a mind of someone with some delusions of grandeur. adding to this, mercury is ruled by his sun which is already in really bad shape.
the complete lack of water adds to his inability to consciously deal with his insecurity, and only serves to reinforce his narcissism.

it said in his manifesto that he was born sometime in the morning so i tinkered around and picked 9:30am.
the sun saturn opposition falling over 11th-5th axis makes sense, as well as venus mars and mercury in 12th. 5th-11th axis can be seen as the love we give (5th) and the love we desire to receive (11th), so we see his desire for love as paramount to his personal narrative, and his ability to give love highly challenged, especially with cap on the cusp.
