my question is will i win my sister lawsuit ?

i asked this question and i am her lawyer and this lawsuit is to put two employee in prison one of them is minister anf other is nobody and judge can put nobody employee in prison without putting minister and his verdict will be right
the lawsuit will running on 11 jan 2020

i dont get it..you asked twice whether you win the same trial? is this another trial?
