will they start again?

my niece has met a man some month ago, it somehow was nice with him, but ended shortly after she told him she couldn't cope with his defintion of "freedom" (she thought he was going to cheat on her).
Now she met him again by chance today in town, and she called me up and said, she was astonished that she still had feelings for him.
she asked if it all will start again...?

so i casted a chart: berlin, febr.19th 2015, 00:20 am

Niece is Mars, in 4th, exalted in Venus
he is Venus, in 4th, triplicity and face in Mars
both in regency of Jupiter, - Jupiter in 9, ruled by the Sun.
Mars and Venus will conjunct soon.
I understand this as a yes, they will have contact - or more
sort of soon, I'd say. - regency of Jupiter seems like a good sign,
although i don't understand the 4th house...


Now: Moon is Cazimi, very soon conjunct with Sun --
exactly on the cusp of the 4th!
here i need your help, please, - how should one read this?
I have no experience with Cazimi and read different meanings about it.

Saturn in the 1st, - but my niece has Sun, Asc, Mars, Venus and Saturn in Capricorn, - so this might be it... or should i read this as a warning?

POF on the Asc...
He has north node in his 5th (11th), so maybe starting over with her?

It is not in the fourth house but in the 5th The house of love and joy and flirting.
Yes they will conjuct soon but in other sign in the sign of These means that something will change about this conect. Mainly from the side of your Niece i think....

I do not think so. Saturn is faraway from the cusp-Acs) also is in other singn sagittarius

- So i can take Mars and Venus as in the 5th house, since they are in the last degrees? I wasn't sure about that as a fix rule.

- and Saturn would only be kind of a warning if he was closer to the cusp?
I thought it plays this "role" where ever he stands in the first (or 7th) house.


Could you tell me anything about Cazimi? I don't do horary for a long time, sort of just started half a year ago to read about it, and it's the first chart i did with a "Cazimi-effect", - how should i read this here?
It makes moon stronger?
Means she would carry my niece's wishes about the connection in a better way? - is this how i should see things here?
